Naples, FL – Advanced Software Products Group (ASPG, Inc.) has announced the release of ReACT v7, the popular self-service password reset and account recovery tool.This new release of ReACT introduces significant enhancements, including authentication flexibility, event logging integrations, and overall user and administrator experience.
ReACT v7 expands multi-factor authentication (MFA) capabilities with enhanced DUO support, including DUO Verified Push and hardware tokens for Self-Service users. In addition, the release introduces Symantec VIP authentication for both the Self-Service and Helpdesk portals, providing organizations with additional trusted options for end user identity verification.
SMS authentication has also been strengthened through support for Twilio’s Messaging Service, improving reliability and delivery for SMS-based verification workflows.
To help organizations improve visibility and monitoring, ReACT v7 adds robust event logging integrations. User, administrator, and system events can now be pushed to Azure Log Analytics, enabling centralized monitoring and advanced analysis. The release also introduces SYSLOG integration, allowing organizations to forward events to custom SYSLOG servers and services.
Authentication enhancements extend to SAML-based single sign-on (SSO), with added support for Azure SSO and DUO SSO across all ReACT portals. Administrators can now configure the Self-Service portal to automatically redirect users to a selected SAML provider, streamlining the login experience.
ReACT v7 also introduces a new Passphrase Generator, allowing organizations to create more memorable, longer passwords using a customizable word bank, helping balance security requirements with usability.
