ASPG is pleased to announce its continued support of HDI through sponsorship of two local chapters: Las Vegas and Minneapolis. While ASPG has sponsored 10+ individual HDI chapters, this marks their first partnering with the Las Vegas and Minneapolis chapters. HDI, a UBM Tech company, is the professional association and certification body for the technical service and support industry. Facilitating collaboration and networking, HDI hosts acclaimed conferences and events, produces renowned publications and research, and certifies and trains thousands of professionals each year. HDI also connects solution providers with practitioners through industry partnerships and marketing services.
The Las Vegas chapter, in existence since 2013, carries the same end goals as the national chapter: facilitating collaboration and networking. With the national HDI Conference occurring in Las Vegas every other year, the Las Vegas chapter not only has the advantage of proximity, but also the opportunity for direct access to robust communication, education, and networking opportunities for their entire chapter.
The Minneapolis chapter, in existence since 1990, lists their mission statement as, “Our purpose it is to provide meaningful content and an opportunity to network with others in the IT Service industry. The Chapter is managed by experienced and influential volunteers from the local service and support industry who strive to work together to raise the bar in our industry.” The chapter was presented with the Circle of Excellence: President’s Circle award in 2013.
