As a component of ASPG’s MegaCryption cryptography suite of products, MegaCryption PC provides a comprehensive and scalable solution for data encryption. The MegaCryption suite of products delivers powerful and simple-to-use cryptography tools with interoperability for enterprise systems including z/OS mainframes, Linux, and Windows.

Additions to MegaCryption PC v2.2 include a new Folder Monitor Encryption Tool. This tool will automatically encrypt files that are copied or saved into MegaCryption Monitored Folders. The original in-clear (not encrypted) file is not saved, ensuring extra protection. Users can start or pause this feature any time, or add and remove folders to be monitored as needed.
Support for recipient groups has been added to the Key Manager, allowing users to group different employers by responsibility or department. An option to specify the output file save location has also been added, providing additional flexibility for different user needs. A new option to always use your personal encryption keys ensures users will always have access to (and can decrypt) their encrypted files.
Further support for file sizes has also been developed, aiding in efficiency for encrypting and decrypting large amounts of data. Management of diagnostic logs has also been enhanced, facilitating troubleshooting and providing extra support for MegaCryption PC users.
Current users of MegaCryption PC v2.1.0 are not required to perform any upgrade procedures, providing seamless upgrades for existing MegaCryption users.
