ASPG SMS Terms & Conditions
These SMS Terms & Conditions govern participation in the ASPG SMS Authentication Program provided by Advanced Software Products Group, Inc. (“ASPG”).
1. Program Description
The ASPG SMS Authentication Program provides text messages for authentication, identity verification, account access, and security-related purposes.
Messages may include:
- One-time passcodes (OTP)
- Multi-factor authentication codes
- Identity verification codes
- Account access verification
- Password or credential recovery verification
- Other security-related authentication messages requested by the user
ASPG does not use the SMS Authentication Program to send advertising, promotional, or third-party marketing messages.
2. Consent and Opt-In
Participation in the ASPG SMS Authentication Program is voluntary.
Users receive SMS messages only after providing a mobile telephone number and affirmatively consenting to receive SMS authentication or verification messages.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
SMS consent applies specifically to the ASPG SMS Authentication Program and is not bundled with consent to receive marketing or promotional communications.
Mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on user activity.
Messages are generally sent when a user initiates or requests an authentication, identity verification, password recovery, or other security-related action requiring SMS verification.
The ASPG SMS Authentication Program is not a recurring marketing or promotional messaging program.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Charges associated with sending or receiving SMS messages are determined by the user’s wireless carrier and service plan.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from ASPG SMS messages.
After a STOP request is received, the user may receive a confirmation message indicating that SMS messaging has been disabled. The user will no longer receive messages through the ASPG SMS Authentication Program unless the user subsequently opts in again.
Opting out of SMS messaging may require the user to use another available authentication or verification method.

7. Privacy
ASPG respects the privacy of users participating in the SMS Authentication Program.
Mobile information, telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be processed by service providers acting on ASPG’s behalf only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, and support the requested messaging and authentication services.

8. Message Delivery and Carrier Disclaimer
SMS delivery depends on wireless carriers, telecommunications networks, device availability, and other systems outside ASPG’s control.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
ASPG cannot guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered or received within a particular period of time.
9. Supported Carriers and Availability
SMS service availability may vary by wireless carrier, geographic location, device, and service plan.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the mobile telephone number provided is capable of receiving SMS messages.
10. Changes to These Terms
ASPG may update these SMS Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in its services, messaging practices, or applicable requirements.
